We have added a new functionality to the Get SDK button in the developer portal. For any language that has SDK download disabled from the settings, the Get SDK button gets disabled.

Previously in case of HTTP, the portal did not have a button for Get SDK in the portal. With the current implementation, the portal has a disabled SDK button for HTTP language, which shows the message "Select a programming language from the language selector on the right" upon hovering. In case HTTP is the only language for the docs, there is no button for Get SDK.
In case of any other language, if the SDK download is disabled from the settings, the disabled Get SDK button shows the message "SDK is unavailable" upon hovering.
